The StayDry System
StayDry Systems has developed a method for a shower curtain to seal to any shower wall. In fact, we created a shower curtain with reusable watertight sides.
Basically, we have taken a tube and suspended from the closes shower ring to the wall of the shower unit. If your shower is a stall, the tube extends all the way from the ring to the shower pan. If you have a combination shower/ tub, the tube is cut approximately a quarter inch lower than the top of the tub.
The tube is used to crimp and hold the shower curtain into a narrow half inch wide “U”shaped plastic channel that has double sided 3M adhesive tape to attach the channel to the shower wall.
StayDry Systems provides you the option of using this simple “sealing” system with your existing curtain using the “Shower Curtain Sealer” or to use one of our StayDry Curtain Kits, which comes with our specially designed shower curtain, with side sleeves which conceal the suspended tubes.
